Opportunities:

Growth of different plastic products, such as woven sacks, carry bags, shopping bags, molded furnitures and luggage, rotomolded products, injection molded household products, ropes & twines, fishing nets and mosquito nets is taking place at a higher rate in Eastern India than in the rest of India.

Opportunities also exist for participating in "processed plastic products export (value added export)" programme for export of plastic products such as carry bags, tarpaulins, woven sacks, FIBC (jumbo bags), large width films, etc.

Entrepreneur Development assistance is available from our office at Salt Lake, Kolkata and Eastern Regional Office (ERO) for setting up new downstream processing units in Eastern Region.
