HPL facilitates entrepreneurs to set up plastics processing units in the Eastern Region and export of processed plastics products (value added export), such as T-shirt bags, carry bags, woven sacks, tarpaulin, etc. to 11 countries (Click here for country list) across the globe.

The objective is to facilitate in making Eastern Region & West Bengal a manufacturing hub for export of plastic products.
